Our Fusion Electronic Medical Records System allows appointment notifications and much, much more. We invite you to learn along with us as upgrades are made frequently to this new system.
Messaging your therapist or Ms. Cathy directly through your HIPAA compliant patient portal in Fusion is now available.
We can now accommodate same day appointments Monday through Thursday and encourage make ups of your cancelled appointments.
Friday programs are currently in development.

This is a guided experience with the intent of stimulating thoughts relative to expanded program development at BCTN, family networking, parent to parent support, and social programs for the children and families we are currently serving.

Weather Alert and Closings:
We follow Gloucester County Public Schools closures for inclement weather and offer virtual appointments whenever possible for continuity of care. Our Therapists communicate closely with their caseloads and our administrative staff is available to support your questions daily.
Sick Children and Families:
Thank you for keeping our kids and our community safe everyday. We are a public health conscious facility and maintain our best to provide the safest environment for your child to have fun work and play with us every day.

-Virtual sessions available from home for families experiencing absences due to a family illness.
Please call and cancel your child's appointment if there are signs of illness or fever within 24 hours of an upcoming appointment. We want to do our best to contain illness and not promote it.
